🏥 The Role: Theatre Manager (CNM3 Grade)As the Theatre Manager, you will drive clinical excellence, inspire your team, and oversee cutting-edge perioperative care.
📋 What you need to succeed:
🎓 Experience: 5+ years of acute hospital nursing, with 2+ years in a CNM3 or equivalent management role.
📜 Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Perioperative Nursing (or a related field). A management degree is highly desirable!
💼 Registration: Active registration with the NMBI and full valid Irish work permits.
📍 Current Status: Currently working in an Irish hospital or a similar high-standard healthcare system.
🛠️ Expertise: Up-to-date clinical knowledge in general medicine and surgery.
🗣️ Skills: Exceptional leadership, organization, and interpersonal communication.
