Nursing Site Manager (CNM3 Grade)
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Acute Hospital)

Our client, a prestigious and well-established hospital in Dublin, is seeking a highly skilled Nursing Site Manager (CNM3) to join their senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role requiring a dynamic nurse leader to oversee hospital operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.

The Role

As Nursing Site Manager, you will be responsible for clinical and operational oversight. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing and Senior Management to maintain the highest standards of practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Coordinate patient flow and bed management across all departments.
Clinical Governance: Maintain quality service in line with national nursing standards.
Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between Consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
Crisis Management: Provide high-level leadership and decision-making during hospital shifts.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5 years’ recent post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting (Essential).
Registration: Full, active registration with the NMBI.
Education: Level 9 Healthcare Management qualification preferred; must hold (or be willing to complete) ACLS.

Skills: Proven leadership, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Note: Applicants must have current or recent experience in an acute hospital environment.
