A prestigious surgical and non-surgical South Dublin cosmetic clinic, wishes to recruit a fully qualified Aesthetic Nurse to join their Team.
The position will involve joining a team in a busy surgical and non-surgical cosmetic clinic in Dublin City.
The nurse will be responsible for carrying out all non-surgical procedures.
It is also envisaged that after training, as required, you may be required to carry out pre and post operative assessments for surgical patients.
Key responsibilities
* Conduct consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic needs and goals.
* Administer cosmetic treatments such as, dermal fillers, skin boosters, prp, OBAGI
peels.
* Perform laser treatments for skin rejuvenation, and pigmentation, IPL.
* Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to clients.
* Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
* Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic medicine.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient
care.
* Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and safety in all procedures.
* Be keen and willing to undertake on-going training as required
* Carry out pre and post operative assessment and management (bloods and dressings) on surgical patients.
* Be professional at all times and project a good image of the clinic.
* Provide customer service that is second to none.
* Report on a weekly basis to the nominated person or persons.
Requirements & qualifications
* Fully registered general nurse
* Certification in aesthetic nursing or relevant training in cosmetic procedures, and
ideally experience in phlebotomy.
* Proven experience in administering injectables, laser treatments, and skincare
procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to educate clients about treatment options and aftercare.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years experience working in a aesthetic clinic.
* Familiarity with cosmetic dermatology products and brands.
* Experience with online booking systems
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
