Theatre Quality Lead Nurse
CNM2 Grade

Our client an established Hospital in Dublin wishes to recruit a Theatre Quality Lead Nurse, this is a CNM2 Grade. This role promotes, facilitates and supports the provision of excellent care for all patients attending the Operating Theatre Department, working collaboratively with staff to promote a culture of continuous improvement to drive quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operations/ Quality Improvement and Risk Management
* Leadership and Management
* Learning and Education

Criteria:
* Have at least five years recent relevant post-registration nursing experience in an acute
hospital setting & a minimum of 2 years in Theatre
* Must be registered with the NMBI & have full work permits
* Have a recognised post-registration nursing course – Higher Diploma or Post Graduate
appropriate to the position is essential i.e. Quality, or in pursuit of same
* Proven clinical and professional management, risk management and clinical audit ability
* Must be working in a Hospital at the moment here in Ireland or similar
* Strong Communication skills
* Organisational & interpersonal skills
* Up to date knowledge in clinical practice
* Management experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Leadership and management skills
* Good IT skills
* Leadership skills
* Work on own initiative or as part of a team
* Approachable Manager
