Role: Branch Manager
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead daily branch operations, including staff and stock management.
* Host daily huddles
* Champion community engagement initiatives.
* Deliver high standards in sales, service, and customer care.
* Implement promotions, manage cash handling, and oversee compliance.
* Responsible for all social media platforms for the branch, partnering with Marketing to ensure content is accurate and relevant
* Liaise with teams on fundraising events to support local charities, as well as in-store promotional events e.g. makeup masterclass
* Prepare for quarterly store audits and carry out any action points assigned
* Recruitment, Induction and mentoring of staff
* Management of housekeeping and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
* Manage staff rosters and weekly timesheets on Softworks
* Partner with HR on recruitment, on-boarding, learning and development, staff performance and development reviews and weekly timesheets

* Experience reaching out to the community and supporting community initiatives
* High standards in administration and store presentation
* Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
* IT literate and hands on experience of MS Word and MS Excel
* Proficiency in retail systems (TouchStore/ similar) is desirable.
* Experience of an automated time and attendance system (e.g. Softworks/ similar) desirable
* Commercially aware
* Target-driven and sales-focused
* Fluent English
