Key Responsibilities
Case Management: Lead triage for HR referrals, conducting initial assessments and managing the Occupational Physician’s diary.
Health Surveillance: Manage 2-yearly recall programmes and annual vision assessments.
Injury Follow-up: Oversee work-related injury protocols and support the onsite First Aid team as required.
Wellness Initiatives: Execute annual flu clinics and health promotion activities.
Self-Directed Admin: Manage personal scheduling and documentation to high professional standards.

Requirements

Essential:
A recognised qualification in Occupational Health.
Registration: Active NMBI registration as a General Nurse.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in an Occupational Health nursing role.
Skills: Exceptional empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Organisation: Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
