A well established nursing home in Limerick has an opportunity opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager and also a Senior Staff Nurse
Job Summary:
As an Clinical Nurse Manager you will maintain high standard of daily care and activities in accordance with best practices within available resources. Planning, development and management will be your part of your daily responsibilities.
Required:
To qualify for this fantastic role, you must have a Third level Degree in Nursing, be actively registered with NMBI and also have 3rd level Healthcare management qualification. You will also have a minimum of 3 years experience in working with older people within the last six years of your career. You are an experienced people manager of a good character, who enjoys a challenge and takes pride in achieved results

Qualifications:
Registered on the Live Register in the General Division of the Register of Nurses as maintained by the NMBI.

Management Qualification
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years nursing experience
Knowledge of the Nursing Home Industry
Have a full understanding of the National Standards for Residential Care Settings for Older People
Have wide general nursing experience and proven leadership qualities.
Have experience/ qualification in /Gerontology.
Evidence of consistent updating of clinical skills and knowledge
Demonstrable coaching & development skills within clinical practice
Competent and confident IT skills
Has worked with or has a knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
