Our client an established Hospital in Cork wishes to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 for cardiac theatre in line with the development of the cardiothoracic service and Intensive care unit.
Candidate requirements include:
* Registered general nurse
* Be on the live register with The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
* Demonstrable commitment to patient safety and quality
Hospital
Cork
* Up to date knowledge and experience of theatre practises
* Minimum of 3 years post registration clinical experience
* Minimum 3 years experience in a people management role
* Management qualification preferable or willing to undertake
* Proven leadership and change management skills
* Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills
* Ability to make decisions with excellent organisational skills
