Role: Clinical Nurse Facilitator (CNM2 Grade)

Are you an experienced ICU nurse ready to move into education and professional development?

Our client, a leading Dublin hospital, is looking for a Clinical Nurse Facilitator (CNM2 Grade) to join their Nurse Practice Development team. This role bridges theory and practice, playing a key role in staff development and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership: Act as an expert clinical resource, role model, and mentor for nursing and HCA staff.
Education & Development: Design and deliver evidence-based clinical teaching programmes, including orientation and competency assessments.
Quality Improvement: Lead clinical audits, ensure compliance with HIQA standards, and implement best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Management team to identify learning needs and drive high standards of care.

Essential Criteria

Registered in the General Division of the NMBI Register.
Minimum 5 years post-registration experience in an acute setting (ideally ICU/Critical Care).
Proven experience in teaching, training, or mentoring staff/students.
Possess or be committed to obtaining a teaching/assessing qualification.
