About the Role:

As the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the healthcare group, ensuring that all facilities operate efficiently and provide the highest standard of care. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that promote growth, enhance service quality, and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the operational activities of all healthcare facilities within the group.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
* Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and execute strategic plans.
* Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability among staff.
* Ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a senior management role within the healthcare industry.
* Strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a large, multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
* Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
