The Mission

You will:
Be the Visionary: Support the Director of Nursing in executing a strategic roadmap that puts this hospital at the cutting edge of mental health care.
Empower the Frontline: Mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and “visible” leadership.
Master the Standards: Turn Mental Health Commission regulations and the Judgement Support Framework into a blueprint for world-class care.
Innovate: Lead digital health transitions and pilot projects that redefine the resident experience.
The Profile
We need more than a resume; we need a leader.
The Credentials: You are an RPN registered with the NMBI with at least 7 years of post-reg experience (3+ in Adult Mental Health).
The Experience: You’ve already proven your grit at CNM or ADON level, navigating the complexities of both Mental Health and Care of the Older Person.
The Mindset: You are resilient, adaptable, and ready to tackle everything from workforce planning to acute clinical governance with energy and precision.

Salary: Up to 86,000 Euro plus excellent benefits.
