Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the Senior Nursing team to support staff and deliver evidence-based patient care.
👑 Strategic Deputising: Act on behalf of the Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) during absences.

📋 Essential Requirements🩺 Nursing Licence: Registered General Nurse holding an active, live registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
🎓 Education & Track Record: Possession of a formal management qualification combined with proven experience in acute care.
⏳ Clinical Experience: Minimum of 5 years of post-registration clinical experience.
👥 People Management: Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in a staff leadership or people management role.
🎯 Core Competencies: Clear dedication to patient safety, alongside strong change management and commercial awareness skills.
