Our client, a highly regarded hospital in Cork, is seeking an experienced and leadership-driven Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM2) to oversee their busy Surgical Ward.
📋 Key Requirements & Qualifications
⏳ Experience: Minimum 5 years of recent post-registration acute hospital nursing.
📈 Leadership: At least 2 years of proven experience at the CNM1 level.🇮🇪 Status: Currently working in an Irish hospital (or a highly similar setting).
📜 Registration: Active registration with the NMBI and full valid Irish work permits.
🎓 Education: Management qualification completed, or a strong willingness to pursue one.
🛠️ Core Skills & Competencies🩺 Clinical Expertise: Up-to-date knowledge in general medicine and surgical care pathways.
🗣️ Communication: Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
