Our client, an established and prestigious hospital in Dublin, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2) to lead their Medical Oncology Cardiology Ward.
📋 Key Requirements
⏱️ Experience: Minimum 5 years of recent, acute post-registration nursing experience.
👑 Leadership: Minimum 2 years of experience at CNM1 level.
🆔 Registration: Active, full registration with the NMBI.
🏥 Current Role: Currently working in an Irish acute hospital or equivalent setting.🇪🇺 Legality: Full, unrestricted Irish work permits already in place.
🧠 Core Skills & Competencies
🫀 Clinical Expertise: Up-to-date knowledge in general medicine and cardiology.
🎓 Management: Leadership qualification (completed or currently undertaking).⚙️ Operations: Strong project, quality, and risk management skills.
🗣️ Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and IT skills.
