🏥 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to join a nursing home team in Galway!

☘️The successful candidate will support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents while leading and mentoring a team of nursing and care staff.

✨📋 Key Responsibilities

🤝 Leadership: Support the Director of Nursing in overall clinical and operational management.
🎖️ Standards: Ensure the highest standards of nursing care in line with HIQA regulations.👥 Mentorship: Supervise, support, and develop nursing and healthcare assistant staff.
📝 Care Plans: Participate in care planning, assessment, and review of residents.
🛡️ Safety: Promote a positive, safe, and respectful environment for residents and staff.
🔍 Quality: Monitor clinical standards, audits, and compliance requirements.

🎓 Requirements

🩺 Registration: Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMBI registration.
⏳ Experience: Minimum 3-5 years’ post-registration experience (elderly care preferred).
💼 Management: Previous supervisory or leadership experience is essential.
📜 Compliance: Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations.

🗣️ Skills:

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Permission: Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
