✨The Role
📋You will play a vital role in maintaining the health and wellbeing of the workforce.
Key responsibilities include: Case Management: Managing HR referrals, conducting initial assessments, and coordinating Occupational Physician clinics.
📂Health Surveillance: Overseeing biennial recalls and annual vision assessments.
👁️Injury Management: Providing dedicated follow-up for work-related injuries.
🩹Health Promotion: Leading annual flu vaccination clinics and wellness initiatives.
💉Support & Admin: Providing guidance to on-site First Aiders and managing clinical administration.
✍️Requirements
✅Education:
A recognised qualification in Occupational Health is essential.
🎓Registration: Current NMBI registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
📜Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated experience in Occupational Health Nursing.
⏳Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong empathy, and a proven ability to prioritise tasks.
