🎯 Role Overview
The Clinical Nurse Facilitator (CNM2) will lead education, training, and professional development within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). You will act as a clinical expert, mentor, and role model, facilitating staff competency development and promoting evidence-based practice.
✅ Key Requirements
Registration: Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration.
Experience: Minimum 3 years post-registration experience in ICU/Critical Care.
Education:
A recognised post-registration nursing course in ICU/Critical Care.
Certifications: Up-to-date ACLS or willingness to undertake.
Instructor Skills: Up-to-date BLS and Manual Handling Instructor qualification or willingness to undertake.
Professional Development: A teaching qualification or in pursuit of same.
Skills: Computer literate, excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
