Our client an established Hospital in Dublin wishes to recruit a Nursing Site Manager CNM3 Grade.
Duties:
* The role is responsible for the provision of quality service in line with standards of nursing practice.
* The Nursing Site Manager will demonstrate managerial and leadership skills, working collaboratively with the Director of Nursing & Senior Management.
* Also involves communication and collaboration with the Consultants, ensuring efficient and effective care of their patients, as well as being responsible for coordinating patient movement across departments and ensure efficient patient flow within the hospital.
Requirements:
* Have at least five years recent relevant post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting
* Must be registered with the NMBI
* Hold an up to date ACLS course or a willingness to undertake same.
* A health care management qualification is desirable at third level/ or level 9 on the National Qualification Authority of Ireland
* Previous Management Experience
* Communication skills
* Up to date knowledge in clinical practice
* Management qualification or willing to undertake same
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Possess well-developed leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Computer skills.
* Must have excellent patient care to a high standard
* Have excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities.
* Have the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
