This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Catering, Conferences and Hospitality Administrator.

The role is for the seamless end-to-end coordination of professional events, vendor management, and contract administration

This role bridges the gap between back-office operational planning and front-of-house service delivery.

Core Responsibilities

Event Coordination: Managing the full lifecycle of meetings and conferences, from initial inquiry and venue booking to on-the-day logistics like room layouts, AV setup, and transportation.
Catering Management: Drafting function sheets, coordinating with kitchen teams on menus, and overseeing the delivery of food and beverage services for corporate groups.
Financial & Tender Support: Assisting in the preparation and administration of tender documents and service contracts. Managing invoicing, accounts receivable, and tracking financial records for events.
Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, event planners, and external suppliers to ensure all specific requirements are met.
Operational Compliance: Maintaining records for food safety (HACCP), staff training, and health and safety regulations to ensure events conform to legal standards.

Requirements

Experience: 1-3 years in a fast-paced hospitality or administrative environment, with particular value placed on experience in 4-star or 5-star hotel settings.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with event management or CRM platforms
Competencies: High level of organization, ability to multitask under tight deadlines, and strong professional communication skills.
