Our client is a well-established FMCG company. They are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to develop their career in sales administration.


Provide administrative support to the sales team including preparing and processing sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders
Manage customer inquiries and complaints, and follow up with appropriate departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, orders, and payments in the CRM system
Assist with sales analysis and reporting, including tracking sales data and trends and providing insights to the sales team
Support the sales team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.


Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role, preferably in an FMCG company
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
Familiarity with CRM software and order-processing systems
Attention to detail and accuracy.
