Key Responsibilities:
– Communicate with customers via various channels (phone, email, chat) in multiple languages.
– Assist customers in navigating our products/services and address their questions or concerns effectively.
– Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

– Road side assistance

Customer Service (CS)

“I want to arrange a service/maintenance

appointment for my car”

– CSR will be required to gather all contact details from customer. – License plate, full name, email address etc.

– CSR will notify the dealer/service point that they can need to contact the customer

“How can I connect my mobile phone to my

car?”

“The Van has broken down I need someone to help

me! ”

– CSR will need to request what OS customer is using and review if it will be compatible.

– CSR will need to be able to inform about registration steps and assure that mobile is connected by the end of the call CSR will be required to gather all contact details from driver and specific location in maps.

– CSR will need to create case to transfer to the dpt that will notify the recovery technician to go and assist.

– Requirements:

– Fluency in Dutch and English and excellent communication skills in written and spoken
form.
– Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
– Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
– Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
– Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others.

– Benefits:

– 100 € (gross per month)* after spending the first 6 months in the company as a salary increase.
– After finishing your first 12 months in the company, your salary increase will be additional 50 € (gross per month)
– Stay in an apartment paid by the company upon availability (electricity bills excluded OR 300,00€ Gross to cover accommodation for as long as you are employed by the company
– Inbound Flight and Taxi paid by company
