Our client an established HSE Hospital is currently looking to recruit a Clinical Nurse Specialist.

* The person will head the Sexual Wellbeing service.
* Candidates must be registered on the General Division of Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
* Minimum 3-5 years post registration experience with at least 2-3 years in rehabilitation.
* Evidence of appropriate expertise in the speciality.
* Extensive rehabilitation knowledge.
* Knowledge of the organisation of community services within the HSE.
* New developments in nursing, both general and rehabilitation specific.

* Effective inter-personal and leadership skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
* Excellent organisational ability.
* Ability to teach, both formally and informally.
* Fully licensed driver with access to a car.
* Good computer skills.
* Team worker, approachable and flexible in working practice.
* Open to exploring new ideas within this specialist role when suggested by other team members.
* Have proven clinical and professional ability, leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* Sensitive to needs of patients, families and colleagues.
* Able to deal with multiple issues at one time but to prioritise appropriately.
